Proof of Learning
Effective 9 September 2026. These terms supplement the website Terms of Use.
The purchase
The price is £12 for one immediate digital download. The customer receives the Proof of Learning customer bundle and a personal-use licence. The purchasing teacher may adapt the editable source for their own use, but may not share, resell or distribute the files to a department, school or third party.
Immediate access and cancellation
Before checkout, you must expressly request immediate access and acknowledge that your 14-day cancellation right ends when the download begins. This does not affect your statutory rights if the digital content is faulty, misdescribed or not supplied as agreed.
Delivery
After successful payment, the confirmation page provides the download and a confirmation email is sent to the address used at checkout. Save that email and the files. If delivery fails, contact support with the checkout email address; do not send card details.
Educational and regulatory boundary
The toolkit is a general planning resource, not legal advice, an AI detector, an official policy or a guarantee of compliance. Current centre, JCQ, Ofqual, awarding-body and qualification requirements take precedence. The buyer remains responsible for professional judgement and appropriate use.
