The website is provided by LOATY Forge, a founder-led software company operated by Sylvester Ebisan. Its purpose is to describe what we do, present our products, and provide ways for people to contact us or request access to Scout.

Product access, testing, and any paid services are governed by separate terms that we present before you participate or purchase. Nothing on this website forms a service agreement on its own.

You may use this website to:

• Send us a genuine enquiry through the contact form.
• Submit a Scout access request that describes your organisation honestly.
• Share links to the site with attribution.

• Use the website in a way that breaks any law or infringes anyone’s rights.
• Submit misleading, abusive, or automated form entries, or attempt to bypass our spam-prevention measures.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its underlying systems, or accounts belonging to others.
• Introduce malware, run scrapers that place unreasonable load on the site, or interfere with normal operation.
• Copy or republish substantial parts of the site’s content for a competing commercial purpose without our written permission.

The LOATY Forge name, logo, product names, wordmark, written content, illustrations, and layout are owned by LOATY Forge or used with permission. You may quote short extracts for commentary, reporting, or reference with a clear credit and link back to the source page. All other reuse requires our written permission.

If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use that feedback to improve our products without any obligation to you. We will not identify you publicly without your consent.

The site links to third-party destinations, including our video channel and other resources. Those destinations are outside our control. We choose links carefully, but we are not responsible for the content, availability, or policies of external sites.
