LOATY Forge is a founder-led software company that builds practical, human-first products for founder-led businesses. LOATY Forge is operated by Sylvester Ebisan and is the data controller for personal information collected through this website.

We collect information that you choose to give us and limited technical and usage information generated when you use the website.

• Contact form submissions. Your name, email address, the reason for your enquiry, the message you write, and any optional detail fields you complete.
• Entavro access requests. The qualification information you provide about you, your organisation, and the work you would like Entavro to help with.
• Proof of Learning purchases. Stripe collects and processes checkout details, including your name, email address, billing address, payment status, amount and card-payment information. LOATY Forge receives the order and payment status but does not receive or store your full card number. We also retain the applicable creative tracking identifier and your confirmation that you requested immediate access.
• Website assistant messages. If you use the AI assistant on this website, the questions you type and the answers it gives. See the assistant section below.
• Communications. If you email us or reply to our messages, we keep a record of that correspondence.
• Server logs. Our hosting platform records standard technical information such as the request path, timestamp, user-agent string, and IP address. These logs are used to keep the site available and to investigate abuse.
• Cookies and similar technologies. The live website sets cookies through its hosting, security, and analytics services. See our Cookie Policy for details.
• Analytics. We use Plausible Analytics and Lovable platform analytics to understand visits and how people use the website. The information available through Lovable includes visitor and page-view counts, visit duration, bounce rate, traffic sources, pages viewed, device categories, and countries.

We use the information you give us to:

• Reply to enquiries and provide customer support.
• Review Entavro access requests and, where appropriate, invite you to a conversation about fit.
• Keep records of our correspondence with you for context on future requests.
• Operate, secure, and improve the website and its forms.
• Process Proof of Learning orders, attribute the sale, provide the download, send the contract confirmation, and respond to delivery, refund or support requests.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.

This website offers an AI assistant that answers questions using approved information about LOATY Forge and its products. It is software, not a person, and it is optional — the site works without it.

What happens to what you type

Your message is sent to our website, and from there to the service that runs the assistant. To produce an answer, the message is passed to Anthropic, the company whose AI model writes the reply.

While a conversation is open, the assistant holds the recent part of it in temporary working memory so that follow-up questions make sense. That memory is limited, expires within an hour, and is lost whenever the service restarts. LOATY Forge does not save your conversation. It is not written to a database, a file or a transcript, and we cannot retrieve it afterwards.

Please do not type confidential information, sensitive personal details, or personal information about other people into the assistant. There is no need to, and if something is genuinely private it is better sent to us directly by email.

What we do not do with it

We do not use assistant conversations to train AI models, to produce analytics, to improve our products, or to build any profile of you. Our website analytics receive nothing you type into the assistant. Anthropic’s commercial terms also state that it does not train its models on the content customers send through its API.

Who else is involved, and for how long

Two providers process assistant messages on our behalf, in addition to those listed below:

• Anthropic — generates the assistant’s answers. Anthropic states that it deletes API inputs and outputs from its systems within 30 days, except where content is flagged by its automated safety systems, in which case it may keep inputs and outputs for up to two years and safety classification scores for up to seven years, or where it is required to keep them by law.
• Render — hosts the assistant service. Render keeps standard service logs for a limited period set by our plan. Those logs record technical information about requests; they are configured not to include the text of your messages or the assistant’s answers.

No automated decisions about you

The assistant answers questions. It does not make decisions that have a legal effect on you or that similarly significantly affect you, and nothing it says is a commercial commitment by LOATY Forge.

Questions and your rights

Because we do not keep conversations, there is normally nothing for us to retrieve, correct or delete after one ends. If you have a question about the assistant, or want to exercise any of the rights described below, email hello@loatyforge.com.

Under UK data protection law we rely on the following bases:

• Legitimate interests — to respond to your enquiry, assess Entavro access requests, answer questions you put to the website assistant, and keep our site secure. We have considered your interests and believe these uses are what you would reasonably expect.
• Consent — where you tick a consent box on a form, or otherwise clearly opt in. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.
• Legal obligation — where we need to keep or share information to comply with the law.

A small number of trusted providers help us operate the website. They process information to provide their services to us.

• Resend — delivers transactional email from our forms and purchase-confirmation email for Proof of Learning.
• Stripe — provides the hosted checkout, processes card payments, returns payment status, and keeps payment and order records. Stripe receives the checkout information needed to provide those services.
• Lovable — provides the development platform and hosting for this website, including platform analytics, standard server logs, and delivery of static assets.
• Plausible — provides website analytics. The website sends page-view requests and is configured to send defined interaction events.
• Anthropic — generates the website assistant’s answers from the messages sent to it.
• Render — hosts the website assistant service.

We do not add other providers without updating this policy. The exact Plausible retention and data-location settings are not stated here because the account-specific configuration is not currently available for inspection.

Some of our providers are based in, or process information in, the United States. That includes Stripe and Resend for payment and transactional delivery, and Anthropic and Render for website assistant messages.

Where information leaves the UK, it is protected by the terms we have with those providers. Anthropic’s data processing addendum, which includes Standard Contractual Clauses, forms part of its commercial terms and applies to our account. Render offers a data processing addendum that likewise relies on standard contractual clauses, and is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

We do not state the specific data centre region for each provider here, because those settings are not all confirmed. If that matters to you, ask us and we will tell you what we know.

We keep enquiry and access-request messages only for as long as we need them to reply, to maintain a reasonable record of the conversation, and to meet any legal requirement. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or reduce it to a summary that no longer identifies you.

We do not keep website assistant conversations at all beyond the temporary session described above. Anthropic’s own retention for those messages is set out in that section.

Hosting logs and analytics data are retained through our providers. The exact provider retention periods are not currently confirmed, so this policy does not state a fixed duration.

The website is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are validated on the server, rate-limited, and protected by spam-prevention measures. Access to the inboxes that receive form messages is limited and protected with multi-factor authentication.

No system is perfectly secure. If we become aware of an incident that affects your information, we will act promptly and, where required, notify you and the appropriate authority.

You have the right to:

• Ask what personal information we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct information that is wrong.
• Ask us to delete information where there is no good reason for us to keep it.
• Object to how we use your information.
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
• Receive a copy of the information you have given us in a portable format.

To exercise any of these rights, email hello@loatyforge.com. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

The website is intended for a business audience and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy as the website and our services evolve. When we make a material change, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, note the change in a visible place on the site.
